Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thewheelkart.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If your item is lost whilst an Untracked delivery was selected at checkout, we will not be responsible for compensation. If your order is lost while Tracked delivery was selected, you will receive a replacement free of charge.
