Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Broken and Used items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@thewheelkart.com

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, send us an email at support@thewheelkart.com
